To review Country Program Strategy (CPS) GEF/SGP Indonesia

Project Objectives :
1. To identify the emerging issues in the country related to GEF/SGP concerns
2. To study and analyze the issues on the GEF/SGP itself (on management as well as on funding
strategy)
3. To gather perception of other parties, toward the concerns of GEF/SGP
4. To identify and formulate the best strategy for the GEF/SGP based on its mission and needs of the
country (based on its current condition), which is drawn based on series activities
5. To compile a revived version of the Country Program Strategy (CPS) which will be used as a basis for
program management and implementation in the future
6. To increase awareness of broad parties on GEF/SGP mission and program's focusing
7. To seek potention of collaborating the GEF/SGP with other institutions or program's in order to
enhance support effectiveness

Expected Outputs :

1. Identified issues, concerns and needs of stakeholders

Project Activities :

1. Document Review / desk study (on GEF/SGP - technical issues and management issues, on
government policy, other donor's perception and program)
2. Collection of issues in local level, through series of site visits (5 locations)
3. Personal Consultation and focus discussion, especially with consultant and NSC members
4. Group consultation with stakeholders in GEF / SGP focal areas and concern
5. CPS Review Writing and Analysis
6. Launching & Presentation in stakeholder workshop
7. Discussion of Review Team
8. Printing, duplicating and disseminating the final version
