Project goals or objective (including GEF problem area addressed by project) :
1. To provide a tool to information sharing and problem solving alternatives for the GEF-SGP grantees (Operational phase, first batch)
2. To strengthen the method of next steps plan
3. To build capacity of grantees in designing a project
4. To build capacity of grantees in preparing reports (financial and narrative)
5. To stimulate capacity building in organization management
6. To stimulate formation of a network

Activities to be carried out under project :
1.Preparation of grantees workshop (module identifying, agenda shaping, resource persons identifying, invitation confirming etc.)
2.Organize participatory grantees workshop in Bandung
3.Production of proceedings on the workshop
4.Production of training module to be distributed to participants

Project Participants and/or beneficiaries :
1.WARKOP LSM-PA, Bandung
2.Existing GEF-SGP grantees

Anticipated result of project :
1.37 grantees (from operational phase I, first batch) and 10 grantees (from pilot phase) to be participated in the workshop
2.Documented grantees participation in the workshop, and subsequently, in their used in implementing their programme
3.Documented ?lessons learned? process of every grantees to be submitted to GEF-SGP
4.Emergence of potential new forum of GEF-SGP grantees
