Project goal:
Conserving Indigenous Knowledge
Project objectives:
1. To identify Indigenous Knowledge from several parts of Indonesia
2. To collect and documented Indigenous Knowledge available
3. To define comparative benefit of Indigenous Knowledge in many aspects
4. To increase appreciation on Indigenous Knowledge
5. To disseminate information on Indigenous Knowledge especially to the youngsters
6. To dig up the potential of organizations commitment toward conserving Indigenous Knowledge
7. To form a network on preserving Indigenous Knowledge
Activities to be carried out under the project :
1. Preparation.
a) Identify participation
b) Identify resource persons
c) Identify venue
d) Information dissemination
e) Draft agenda
2. Outreach Approach.
Disseminate invitation
3. Evaluation and Reporting.
Project Participants and/or beneficiaries :
1. Yayasan Semesta Biru
2. Participant Organizations
Anticipated result of project :
1. Organizations invited will be actively participated to give their inputs
2. Collection of Indigenous Knowledge of several parts of Indonesia in many aspects
3. Defined information on comparative benefit of Indigenous Knowledge
4. Emerged same perspective toward preservation of Indigenous Knowledge
5. Emerged high appreciation toward Indigenous Knowledge in Indonesia
6. Well documented the information gathered from the Workshop
7. Well prepared prociding to be distributed among interested parties
8. Formed a netword in order to preserve Indigenous Knowledge available in Indonesia
