Implementing community based conservation effort on endangered natural springs in Bandung
Project objectives:
1.To strengthen information basis
2.To raise community awareness on natural resources conservation effort
3.To improve community capability in managing the natural resources available around their living environment
4.To integrate natural resources development with conservation effort
5.To increase community participation in managing natural resources conservation activities
6.To provide alternative income source by planting economic yet conservation kind of plants
7.To conserve biodiversity by planting local variety plants

1.Preparation.
a)Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)
b)Data analysis
c)Workshop on determining the action plan
d)Demonstration project set up
2.Local training and education in the field.
a)Training on simple natural resources management
b)Training on agriculture technique
c)Training on home
