Project development goal:
Development of integrated approach in biodiveristy conservation in Rawa Danau, through community participation and involvement

Project objectives:
1. To compile analysis of the existing ecosystem management in office administration, field, local community and regional level.
2. To develop partnership among stakeholders in economic activities which regard to biodiversity conservation
3. To enhance the emergence of common perception, support and agreement from stakeholders (government, universities, private sector, NGO, funding agencies) necessary to support the implementation of integrated biodiveristy conservation through community participation
4. To compile an agreed planning on establishment of demonstration project on integrated biodiveristy conservation

Anticipated result of project :
1. The compilation of general condition, analysis of the existing ecosystem management in office administration, field, local community and regional level
2. The empowerment of stakeholder partnership on development of economic activities which regard to community participation and conservation
3. The emergence of common perception, support and agreement among stakeholders which favors to the implementation of integrated biodiversity conservation and community participation
4. The compilation of proposed planning on the establishment of demonstration project on integrated bioversity conservation

Activities to be carried out under the project :

To achieve objective 1, the activities will be :

1. Survey, data inventory, field observation
2. Meetings with stakeholders
3. Data compilation, analysis and report compilation

To achieve objective 2, the activities will be :

1. Presentation, meetings with stakeholders
2. Stakeholder workshop
3. Proposal compilation

To achieve objective 3, the activities will be :

1. Press conference, proposal launching
2. Project socialization through article in medias, presentation in several events, brochure/leaflets
