Feasibility study done by the Institute of Hydrology and Meteorology proved that due to long term record of winds, speed, directions etc exclude localisation of wind farm in planned area.
Association submitted 3 project proposals 2 of them could be rejected because of not fitting to GEF/SGP criteria(1), 1 because of nonsense ideas of retention reservoir for recreation with nonsense biodiversity justification; expertise on wing energy allowed to stop illusions about this form of renevable energy without blames that GEF/SGP is rejecting anything submitted from a very sensative area ( huge conflict conserning enlargament of Bialowieza national Park).
