: Implementation of activities to help obtain animals, plants and scenic beauty from the mangrove ecosystem without causing irreversible damage to the underlying mangrove resources through alternative projects for breeding bioaquatic species. Use of the self-managing aspect of associations that includes the establishing of seed money from the marketing of species obtained from alternative projects for breeding bioaquatic species.

The project will begin creating capacity by using workshops. 3 modules and 4 training workshops related to socio-organizational, technical-environmental and administrative-financial areas will be offered.
