Kelantan Rural Women Living Sustainably in Harmony with their Environment
A community action project, involving mainly single mothers in rural Kelantan, that aims to: (i) promote community awareness and action on the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity, as well as mitigation of climate change, in the state of Kelantan; (ii) create avenues for sustainable income generation for poor rural women; and (iii) provide sustainable livelihood options while protecting their environment and its natural resources.

Stakeholder community consultations and trainings will be held to increase knowledge on local handicrafts, organic farming methods, project operation and administration, and other related activities.
Notable Community Participation
