The main aim of the project is to establish an Eco-Counseling Center (Green Line) The Center will be established in Tirana. A new programme will be drafted and new instruments will be defined to be used for environmental education A new database will be set up on environmental data at the region, new contacts will be established between Local Community , Local State and other relevant specialists of Scientific Institutions for solving different environmental problems. Strong awareness campaign will be developed with particular attention on environmental education of different people, students, pupils etc.A new model will be set up aiming the training of NGOs' members. Three workshops will be organized for estimating the actual environmental situation. 50 persons (NGOs'members, teachers, woman, students etc) will be trained on environmental issues. A new "Guide" , different editions and videos will be produced and distrubuted to the people aiming their rising awareness.
