This training courses will be held in the areas of Shkodra, Elbasani, and Gjirokastra where 20-25 environmental specialists from each relevant distric are expected to participate. A training model, applicable for a wider range of stakeholders would be provided. A practical guide with inventory forms would be designed and distributed.
