Project Planning for the Landslide Risk Assessment and Prevention in Firtina and Ayder Valleys
Kackar Mountain, is a National Park since August 1984. This status, rather than enabling its conservation, it has increased the tourist flow into the region resulting in abuse of the carrying capacity of the area, and in pollution.The focus of the project is on the landslide and erosion caused by unconscious infrastructure constructions.
