Institutions that are currently investing in the Mt. Kenya World Heritage Site (or have the potential and the interest and capacity to do so) have been invited to be members of a forum that meets quarterly. The objectives of the forum are threefold; (i) to provide a platform for exchanging information and sharing ideas (ii) to promote partnerships and collaborative efforts, (iii) to develop a common vision for the Mt. Kenya World Heritage Site. Those invited include the Forest Dept.(FD), the Wildlife Service (KWS), research institutions, utility companies, hoteliers, and UN agencies,
