1. A calendar for 2004 printed with all globally declared environmentaly important dates which has been distributed among 5000 people. It also helped in raising awareness of over 200 environment clubs and organizations on indigenous butterfly species.
2. Information on indigenous butterfly species disseminated at workshops held in 6 districts in collaboration with the Central Environment Authority and the Mahaweli Upper Watershed Development Project with the participation of nearly 20,000 school children.
3. The set of playing cards printed with 52 indigenous butterflies has effectively increased knowledge of at least 5000 people who are using the set. School children are using these when on observation field visits to recognise the butterflies.
4. The set of playing cards have been distributed at environmental workshops in Australia, Thailand and India by members who attended the workshops.
