Completion reports received on 13 November 2003 , summarizing the following immediate output and results:

1. Emergence of the followings:
- drafting committee for community regulations
- local curriculum for primary education in three schools
- Nongkhorn-Huay Kard Conservation Group
2. Promulgation of the followings:
- 10 ha of water species conservation zone with volunteer group guarding
3. 27 members producing organic solution and natural insect repellants
4. 35 ha being cultivated for lily plantation, generating supplementary income


Participatory Evaluation:

Participants: 34 persons from community leaders, members of TAOs and project members .

Methods: Open forum where progress of activities were put forwarded for discussion.

Impact:

1. After one year implementation, the increasing tendency of natural resources and water species was witnessed.
2. At least three TAOs? formulated conservation plan with respective budget.
3. The followings government offices devised supporting activities:
- the District Office of Rattanawapi
- the District Agricultural Office of Rattanawapi
- the District Fishery Office of Phonephisai
- the District Primary Education Office of Rattanawapi and Park Khard

Future Plan:

There are two major plans the organization planned to proceed, in conjunction with cooperation from local government and communities;
- community ecosystem rehabilitation
- conservation and rehabilitation of food resources
