Project will attempt to form women organisation/ groups, train them in the areas of ecology and bio-diversity conservation, installation of renewable energy sources(solar, smokeless chulhas and bio-gas plants),biocomposting technology, undertake bio-intensive kitchen gardens and entrepreneurship development..At the first instalment level of the project and while project progress review it is observed that project is not performing well and organisation is not capable enough to manage the funds. At a first instalment level the NSC decided that project needs to be terminated and district administartion issued a legal notofication against the organisation to close down the GEF CCF project and refund the balance amount to the UNDP CO.
