Photovoltaic Energy for Environmental Education and Goat Raising with Electric Fences
Energia Fotovoltáica para Educação Ambiental e Caprinocultura com Cerca Elétrica
This project is comprised of lectures on the subject of environmental education in six different rural communities in two different states. Solar energy kits will be implemented in these communities. Goat farms will have their fences electrified, as well as four community centers. 1500 people will benefit directly from this project. The livelihoods of the families involved will thus be improved and awareness will be built on the urgent need to slow down the environmental devastation through the rational use of renewable natural resources such as solar energy.
