Association OS together with naturalist organisation from Marijampol (main Lithuanian partner) constructed 24 in Poland and 8 in Lithuania clay-wodden made small towers (replica of traditional structures from previous centuries) for insects , mostly wild bees;
-8 small ponds and water reservoirs were prepared (reconstructed, cleaned) as breeding place for amphibians;
- adaptation work in bunkers (Lithuania) and cellars (polish Landscape Parks).
Authors from both countries edited guide book on active protection of bats;
- joint publication in national lanquges and in English/German about this border project and expected results was published.
Establishement of formal and effective cross border cooperation between naturalists from Poland and Lithuania initiated by NGOs based on common interest and problems of active nature protection to be solved in area cut by the border.
