Project development goal:
The establishment of stakeholders collaborative efforts toward conservative strategy of Bali Barat National Park, with regard to community welfare

Project objectives:
1. To stimulate common perception on the importance of the Bali Barat National Park as a strategic conservation area
2. To review and evaluate the initiative of ?Bali Sterling Recovery Plan? in it?s effort in conserving the species, as well as the overall ecosystem
3. To establish a future strategy, supported and committed by stakeholders in order to continue the already emerged initiative

Activities to be carried out under the project :

1. Preparation.

d) Draft agenda

2. Outreach Approach.
Disseminate the invitations

3. Evaluation and Reporting.

Anticipated result of project :
1. The formation of common perception toward the importance of Bali Barat National Park for biodiversity conservation, hydrology system, and other functions (education etc.), among stakeholders
2. The establishment of conflict resolution strategy in the management and development system of Bali Barat National Park as conservation area, especially in it?s correlation with community live in it?s surround
3. The establishment of an agreement toward the future strategy, including the role of each parts, in the management and development process of Bali Barat National Park
4. Well documented the information gathered from the Workshop
5. Well prepared proceeding to be distributed among interested parties
