The main idea of the project is preparing short training video lessons for young people and children. Lessons will be based on informational dialogs of main heroes of children?s pictures with using different animation technologies.
Not all settlements in Kyrgyzstan covered by National TV. A lot of local TV companies work in small towns, project suppose to distribute film-holders to them. Also it is supposed distribution film-holders among NGOs which are occupied with informational advocacy and training seminars.
In the course of project implementation it is intended obtaining of the following results:
Ecological
Raised public awareness on global environment problems which are GEF focal areas
Actions to be undertaken by Public Foundation ?Support and Development of Democracy and Support to Mass Media?:
1. Announcement, production and demonstration of 6 original video in Russian and 6 duplicates in Kyrgyz languages. Duration of each video is 3 minutes
2. The structure of video: informational dialog of casting actors, kids pictures characters, animation.
3. Video main headings: ?Biodiversity preservation?, ?Climate mitigation?, ?Renewable autonomic energy sources?, ?International waters preservation?, ?Urban environment?
4. Demonstration period to be not less than once in two months. First demonstration upon expiry of two months after first payment
5. Multiple editing of video and their delivery to local TV companies within the republic
6. Creation of eco-journalists network
7. Establishment of link among independent republican TV companies, local and foreign NGO representatives, donors.

TV reporters of different television channels of Kyrgyzstan, members of PF ?Support and Development of Democracy and Support to Massmedia?, NGOs specialized on informational advocacy and training action will be involved to project implementing
