An Eco-resource centre will be established to encourage an appreciation of the importance of Mt. Kenya ecosystem and biodiversity. The centre will offer an integrated educational programme. The centre will house a modern library, fully stocked with electronic and hard-copy material, a lecture room complete with audio-visual equipment, a small cultural museum depicting the history of ethnic groups around Mt. Kenya and some of their artifacts.
