Project aim to involve local communities to restore degraded areas of the half miles trip area on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Kidia Tella and Mowo Villagers for sustainable utilization of forest resources in order to conserve biodiversity.

Communities will be trained on how to grow and nurture tree seedlings by using locally available materials.
Notable Community Participation
Mt. Kilimanjaro adjacent communities will participate in growing tree seedlings. They will also participate in surveillance and assisting to enforce compliance to conservation oriented bylaws.
