1. To collect data and information necessary to build a comprehensive project design
2. To execute participatory approach in project planning
3. To develop a comphrehensive proposal which includes action plan

1. Complete data and information necessary for strengthening project design
2. Project design which developed through participatory approach
3. A comprehensive proposal, which fulfill GEF/SGP interest and requirement.

1. Identify and select potential participants
2. Invite selected participants
3. Plan socialization

Implementation :
1. Village gathering
2. Data and information collection and compilation
3. Data and information analysis
4. Proposal development

Post implementation :
1. Proposal submission
