Project development Goal :
To develop community based sustainable environmentally friendly farming

Project Objectives :
1. To strengthen the existing community organizations
2. To conserve biodiversity and local wisdoms
3. To empower local communities in managing sustainable farming
4. To increase community welfare through development of alternative income source

Expected Outputs :
1. Emergence of collective awareness on environmental conservation
2. Maintained biodiversity in community's garden
3. Ability of local community in managing sustainable farming
4. Increased community welfare
5. Established alternative economic activities for local community

Activities to be conducted :
A. Providence of farming supporting aspects, which includes :
1. Potential survey / mapping
2. Village meetings
3. Material collection
4. Land preparation
5. Water resources preparation
B. Implementation, which includes :
1. Making organic fertilizer
2. Making herbal pesticides (identify the potential plants, construct simple laboratory and benefit socialization)
C. Strengthening the organization, which includes :
1. Eco mapping
2. Training on farming techniques
3. Training on fertilizer making
4. Training on organizational management (administration, marketing etc).
D. Utilization of farming land and garden
1. Plant planting (village meeting, seeds selection, planting and maintenance)
2. Planting herbs (village meeting, seeds selection, planting and maintenance)
3. Planting roots plants (village meeting, seeds selection, planting and maintenance)
4. Planting economic value plants (village meeting, seeds selection, planting and maintenance)
E. Development of alternative economic activities
1. Micro credit (village meeting, administrative management, implementation)
2. Farming produce management (village meeting, market survey, establish market network, development village owned saving, develop appropriate technology)
F. Project monitoring and evaluation
G. Reporting
