Project Development Goal :
To protect Tangkoko conservation area through reducing disturbances toward it's well being.
Project Objectives :
1. To increase community welfare through development of alternative economic activities
2. To provide training for local community
3. To increase community awareness on the importance of the conservation area
Expected Outputs :
1. Increased community income
2. Established community's alternative income source e.g : ecotourism
3. Reduced community disturbances toward the area
4. Increased community awareness on the importance of the area
5. Established management plan on buffer zone
Activities to be conducted :
A. Implementation on agribusiness technology
1. Village meetings
2. Group meetings
3. Training on field workers
4. Distribution of chicken cage, hen and fodder
5. Maintenance and breeding
6. Regular meetings
B. Training on Ecotourism guide
1. Rehabilitation of guard post
2. Village meeting
3. Training on tourism guide
4. Regular meetings
C. Monitoring and evaluation
D. Reporting
