Project Development Goal :
Community based nature resource management in Tondano area through woman participation
Project Objectives :
1. To increase woman participation in sustainable nature resource management though utilization of environmentally friendly farming system
2. To reduce inorganic fertilizer utilization through the uses of organic fertilizer
3. To establish small scale industry in village level as alternative source of income for local community
Expected Outputs :
1. Sustainable reduced green gas emission in farming system
2. Reduced pollution level in Tondano area caused by inorganic fertilizer
3. Creation of new work caused by establishment of small scale industry in the vilalges
4. Increased community income through the uses of organic fertilizer
5. Increased awareness of local community in composting
6. Increased awareness of local community on global issues
Activities to be conducted :
1. Preparation
2. Program socialization
3. Training and strengthening local farmer groups
4. EM-Plus making
5. Establishment of demonstration project
6. Providence of working capital and work incentive for local groups
7. Monitoring and evaluation
8. Reporting
