School will be a hostel during Summer generating extra income for school; there are plans for eco-tourism activities based on school hostel capacity.

Unnormous mobilisation of local community - parents who fighted for school to be closed in Targonie Wielkie due to economic reasons; Parents established informal association (later registered) to establish a civic school managed by them with assistance of FIO from Warsaw, coordinator of Small School Network (over 200 small village schools to be closed, reactivated thanks to newly established parent's associations and foundation). Parent,s permanent in kind contribution (wood fuel from their forest) declared at the very beginning, also contribution in renovation of building.
