Capacity - Building Component
Capability-building activities shall be conducted to further enhance and strengthen the traditional leadership and management capacities of the PTA leaders. Modules shall center primarily on providing the partner organizations with skills to secure, protect and manage their domain. Activities honing their skills in local governance to enable the organization to effectively and efficiently participate in the government's local special bodies will be conducted. It shall include a cross-site visit to other indigenous communities and areas implementing own development programs and projects and are actively involved in local and environmental governance participation.

3. Agro-Forest Project Planning and Management;
4. International Environmental Laws;
