Red Lists, Priority Species and National Conservation Action Plans: Latest Techniques and Implementations in Turkey
The SGP Grant will be used to organise two workshops on red lists, priority species and national conservation action plans. First of them, intends to provide basic information about the new IUCN criteria to the representatives from the Ministries of Environment, Forestry and Culture (the agencies that have nature conservation oriented mandates). In between the first and the second workshops, the NGO will prepare a draft guidebook on ?how to prepare National Conservation Action Plans?, which will be the main focus of the second and final workshop.
