Support of development of the animal-drown transportation means.
Main idea of the project is developing non-motorized transport to decrease greenhouse emission through creating workshop unit for producing carts and other equipments that based on horse traction. Train the specialists from other regions. Creating source of raw materials for workshop through the planting of quick growing trees.
Quantity indicators of projects components are the following:
1. The workshop (3 workplaces) on manufacture of carts and bullock-carts. It is planned to make 60 bullock-carts during realization of the project.
2. 4 skilled craftsman (one for each district of Talas oblast) will be trained.
3. Saplings of trees (poplar - 5000 saplings; elm - 5000 saplings) which are used in manufacture of bullock-carts and carts will be planted in 4 hectares,

Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
Carts and bullock-carts are used to be under high demand because of high prices for gasoline and motor oils. Own source of wood will allow to come expenses down on the carts, produced in Talas and will make the carts competitive with the carts, produced in Chuy valley and in Kazakhstan.
Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
Long-term ecological and economic benefits of using of non-motorized transport will be emphasized and to be propagandized at training sessions and during information campaign.
