Community-based Water Supply and Management
Project development Goal
To facilitate villagers in participatory planning process on community based water management and conserving spring water in Garing, Bonto.
Project Objectives :
1. Raising awareness of water crisis at the community level.
2. To collect and compile useful data and information to prepare water management plan
3. To facilitate planning process that includes local initiatives on designing water distribution and conservation of spring water area.
4. To produce comprehensive proposal and action plans.
Expected output :
1. A prior support from villagers in water distribution and management
2. Assessment report on Village Profile
3. Proceeding of the workshop,
4. A comprehensive proposal management plan, incl. action plans.
Activities to be conducted :
1. Consultation and coordination
2. Discussion with villagers (namely Tudang Sipulung)
3. Field observation and assessment
4. Compilation and data analysis
5. Workshop
6. Proposal Writing
