mportant message on co-financing and methodology of financial engeenering necessary for getting funds.
Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
A special pressure was given on sustainable livelihoods, presenting examples from GEF/SGP portfolio - grants addressed problems and ideas of vulnerable groups;
Northern part of Poland with a very high concentration of state farms, after 1989 "produced" an army of jobless, hopeless and frustrated people, previous workers and their families .
