Generation of modest income by prisoners involved in project implementation but what is more important - access to work and access to open area (under control), work outside the prison. For local farmers - a perspective of improvement of economic conditioons thanks to links with food processing factory in the prison based on products from their pro-ecological or ecological farms

Project gave a good ground for scalling-up activities and succesful application to EU EQUAL (social exclusion)

in 2004-2008 it became probably the most media-able project; so TV,Radio, press were "allowed" to explode with Black Sheep project in contecst of global issues, EQUAL (EU project) etc.It was a proof how well designed project can do for many purposes( global, local, excluded minmorities etc etc).Problem was that it was too "popular", too "visible" for mass-me4diaq so many articles, TV interviews, and other communications not exactly expressed the main purpose of the project. It was a good lessone when so called PR exceeded expectations nand brought some negative side-effects.
