The preliminary research findings were presented in a public forum organised in Weija.
Capacity - Building Component
The project assisted the vegetable farmers to form a cooperative which will adopt integrated pest management systems, track organically produced vegetables for premium prices and also to educate other farmers on the dangers of using banned chemcials.
