Following the successful implementation of a previous SGP grant on the study of population of loggerhead turtles, the numbers of sightings have increased dramatically. Due to the previous project, the most important feeding ground along the Albanian coast has been located, whereas nesting sites remain unconfirmed and anecdotal evidence abounds.
