1. The project has helped in conserving bio diversity in the project area. To do so, the project has completed the following :
i 10,000 plants replanted.
ii 10,000 mangrove associates replanted
iii 10,000 plants planted alongside the river banks

Thus, the above has also helped in reducing land degradation, preserving the natural watersheds, and has also preserved the threatened/endangered varieties of flora.

2. The villagers of the area has better home gardens due to the reduction of land degradation.

3.Due to the preservation of the watersheds, the farmers receive adequate amounts of water for their farming.

4. The mangrove associates have helped the villagers in income generation activities.
