ECONET ? Sustainable Development of Eastern Carpathians?
The planning grant will be used for the organisation of meetings with local public and environmental authorities, and with community members. These will result in participatory establishment of the project?s baseline, in the development of a business plan for Bistrita Valley region, and in improvement of the project proposal.
