Promoting efficient wood ovens in the rural areas of Bait Lahia
It?s demonstration project aiming at promoting efficient wood ovens in the rural areas of Bait Lahia through distributing almost 230 ovens among the most hardship case families in the village, launching public awareness campaign, and training technicians in the most efficient design to reduce wood consumption.
The project will contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and other polluting emissions that negatively impact the clime change through reducing by almost half of the wood consumption used for baking bread and other domestic activities.

Building up on the expertise of seven technicians to supervise the construction of the new ovens and provide maintenance. Those would include owners of the oven manufacturing workshops.
