CONSERVATION OF BIODIVERSITY AND ECOLOGICAL PROTECTION THROUGH FARM PRODUCTIVITY IN COCONUT GROWING COMMUNITIES (IPGRI) PARTNERSHIP
The project shall promote technologies that will help provide oppurtunities for farmers and their household to increase their income and spearhead public advocacy initiatives to increase public awareness and actions that will create a wholesome environment for present and future generation, i.e. increase diversity of high value, high-yielding and adapted coconut varieties and fruit tree species, as sources of livelihoods.

Policy Impact
Activities to be done will aid the people in the community in through various farming and non-farming skills and technologies that will provide them sources of income.
Capacity - Building Component
Farming technologies(coconut, field crops, fruit trees and livestock raising), processing technologies (food products, fibers, shell, etc.), and entrepreneurial values values and skills training will be introduced.
