Project development Goal:
To provide social preparation of the community surrounding future Nantu-Boliyohuto National Park

Project Objectives:
1.To gain information and perception of community about the area management.
2.To facilitate organization and community groups strengthening
3.To integrate common perception among communities on better and just area management
4.To bridge the meetings among communities representatives in purposed sites

Expected Output:
1.Baseline data and information about community perspective responding government policy on the future Nantu-Boliyohuto National Park
2.Critical community groups
3.Deep understanding and knowledge transfer based on free and prior inform consent
4.Plan of activities and recommendations developed by communities.

Activities to be conducted:
A.Preparation: baseline data, program socialization and coordination with related local institutions.
B.Community organizing: facilitate meetings and discussions within communities
C.Monitoring and evaluation
D.Reporting and final draft of proposal in printing format.
