Daily SGP work has revealed that there are some issues which SGP existing partners face every day and which are critical for success implementation of the projects. So, NGOs managers often have a poor understanding not only how to improve project activity (monitoring and evaluation, information campaign, etc.), but also how to make organization more efficient (how to construct a command, how to attract additional financial and human resources into the organization, etc.). As a great part of NGOs which SGP has a deal with are young organizations, this factor of lack of experience and knowledge takes on critical significance.

The project assumes development of a complex training program the SGP existing partners after a preliminary participants needs assessment, analysis of a spectrum of problems with the organizations collide with every day.

Within the project implementation 8-days training programme (in 2 stages) for the SGP grantees will be arranged. The 1st stage will include 5 days training devoted the issues of efficient organization management and development, and it will be devoted to NGOs leaders. The second phase will be arranged for the project personnel and will touch projects implementation process topics.
Totally, 30 SGP partnering NGOs? representatives are expected to participate in the entire training programme.

Also a range of methodical training materials will be developed and publiched to further used by the SGP for training purposes.
