Utilization of solar energy for water heating in the rural localities of Khuza?a in the northern area of Gaza to install 100 solar water heaters for poor families, maintain another 200 inefficient solar heaters, and raising the awareness of 300 women in the rural community of Khza?a for the importance of applying environment friendly methods while meeting the basic needs for hot water for domestic purposes.

Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
Raising awareness through:
Conducting (15 workshop x 3 hours x 20 women each one) on the environmental impact of the solar heaters comparing to the harmful effect of the waste and educated them on practical procedures to maintain their units.
Publishing 1000 copy of guiding booklet on the dangerous of using traditional energy resources and the environmental impact of using solar energy for heating water.
