Final Project Document was rejected by main co-sponsor -Ecofund Foundation and could not be also financed by SGP; first attempts to prepare a national project were organized by the Ecofund and GEF/SGP in May 1998; OTOP submitted to GEF/SGP first version of project in 2001, but in fact it was a part of problem solution, not national programme, but a part to be managed by OTOP in their reserve Karsiborska Kepa in West Pomerania; second version, with potential coofinancing from the Ecofund, using datas and agreements collected during mini-grant implementation, was not satisfactory;
