The project is to evaluate the smokeless stove project in Changa Manga , Tehsil, Chunia and Patoki.

The objective of the evaluation will be to gauge the accomplishments of the project under the following criteria,

What was the relevance of the project to its specific needs,
What was the performance level in relation to the targets set in the original plan
To what extent did the costs incurred justified the inputs and the outputs achieved
What was the impact of the activities on the community in light of the objectives
What possibilities exist regarding continuation of the project activities and institutionalization following the withdrawal of the external support.

The evaluation will take place in 3 phases and will mobilize all available information sources to achieve its objectives.
