Developing Participatory Plan on Protected Forest Management
Project development Goal:
To build cooperation among stakeholders and develop good documentation to develop model framework of Bukit Daun protected area management.
Project Objectives:
1. To identify problems within villages around Bukit Daun protected areas.
2. To analyse traditional paterns have developed by community to conserve the nature.
3. To build local agreement among the community to reject conversion plan in Bukit Daut protected forest.
4. To raise the awareness of technical implementors of protected forest management.
5. To develop participatory plan between community and other related stakeholders heading to build a particpatory protected forest management.
Expected Output:
1. Data of community potential and problems around the forest
2. Data of traditional patterns developed by the community to conserve the environment
3. The preliminary local agreements to reject conversion of Bukit Daut protected forest
4. Increased of stakeholders? awarness as responsible implentators to conserve the forest
5. Program planning developed by stakehoders.

B. Data collection
C. Village Meeting
D. Stakeholders meeting
E. Workshop of Plan Draft
F. Reporting and final draft of proposal in printing format.
