Project development Goal:
To develop collaboration planning on coastal rehabilitation in Pekalongan.

Project Objectives:
1. To identify problems in coastal villages in Pekalongan.
2. To analyze traditional patterns which are developed by community to conserve the nature.
3. To participatory build perspectives from stakeholders on coastal management.
4. To design the program with community and related stakeholders to develop agenda on participatory coastal management.

Expected Output:
1. Potential resources and problems in coastal community are identified
2. The traditional patterns which are developed by community to conserve the nature are identified.
3. The analyzed data of coastal changes from certain period is provided.
4. The common perspectives from stakeholders on coastal management are built.
5. The program design to develop agenda on participatory coastal management is established.

A. Identification and inventory of coastal community and coastal conditions,
B. Stakeholders meeting,
C. Planning Workshop,
D. Proposal formulation,
E. Reporting and final draft of proposal in printing format.
