Establishment of 33 plots to recover potatoes and native broad beans, and 33 rustic galleys for their animal stabling to avoid them eroding the soilin in the Caserío Santa María, Sibinal, San Marcos
33 people work in this project sowing domestic potatoes and broad beans with a combination soil presevation thechniques. They will also build 33 rustic galleys for their animal stabling to avoid them eroding the soil. Participants will also gather manure and urine for fertilizers and organic foliar production.
They plan to produce 8 quintals of potatoes and 7 quintals of broad beans for each partner.
All participants will be trained in issues such as production, management and commercialization of the above types, with organic agriculture and soil preservation.
