Green Village - Waste Not Want Not
Magiagi Village currently hosts one of he largest reservoirs that supply the water throughout the majority of the Apia area. It also hosts the Fale-o le-Fee, which is one of EPC's major power control/supply hub. Based in the valley of Magiagi, these two energy and water sources to a large number of people is being threatened by the unecessary dumping of rubbish and the unsustainable way of living currently practiced by the village.

The aim of project is to improve community capacity for environmental management and sustainable development

Main objective: To reduce land-based pollutants and minimize waste production within the village
