Develop organic vegetable and fruit tree garden to promote sustainable land management
The project aims to support the Youth Groups Family and church community through planting vegetables and fruit trees using the organic system. It will promote organic gardening and phase-out the use of chemicals and pesticides. The project will contribute to sustainable agriculture and land management. The objectives of the project are;
Promote community organic gardening.
Conduct public awareness seminar on the importance of sustainable agriculture and land management.
Use the project site as a demonstration plot for the SDA youth group to learn about organic farming.
