Design of the plan on protection, reproduction and sustainable use of wild growing sea-buckthorn in order to conserve habitats of species having biodiversity of global significance and strengthening natural filtering and purification capacity of Issykkul shore wetlands.
Planning grant is given to complete full project proposal if there is potential to receive big amount of co-financing or idea of the project proposal in interesting, but requires additional exploration to develop it into complete project proposal. The idea of this project was to establish network of wild growing sea-buckthorn users which can demonstrate benefites from collection of berries against cutting bushes for wood or to clear space for beach.

Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
At the seminars and round tables, will be emphasized, that the actions under the project will result not only in occurrence of additional sources of the income of the local population but also restoration of disappearing kinds of plants, that will be the direct contribution to preservation of a world biodiversity
Notable Community Participation
The NGO "Camp-Alatoo" is involving the local population in preserving the sea-buckthorn bushes in the Tyup area. The local population is going to be involved in guarding the territory of the sea-buckthorn growth.
