Poster, Guide on owls protection and stickers were prepared, printed and distributed among schools (some of them were used as an award in the Environment Protection Competition in schools). All those materials were used during classes on birds protection organized by PTOP.
Not all planned in the projects activities were carried out. That was caused by the shortage of financing- Voivod Fund in Bialystok refused project coofinancing and the fact that project manager had to resign from project coordination because of serious family reasons.It was an example which provided a good lesson for SGP.From that time SGP demanded to have signatures of manager of the rpoject and his/her deputy, a young member of NGO. The aim of such a request was clear - we have to have the full information of the project status despite departure of manager due to various reasons; full involvement of the whole NGO (not "personal;" business") and finally - possibility for training for succesors, new young people, to be trained on "watching,doing and learning exercise") - on that time it was a very demanding and innovative approach for the Polish NGOs.
